Common questions
Do I still pay the membership fee when my unit is vacant?
Yes. Like Netflix, the membership is a fixed monthly or yearly fee. The upside: the higher your rent, the more you save, and you always know exactly what you pay.
Does the membership include finding a tenant?
No. Like most management companies, we charge for this separately: one month's rent, only when we find you a tenant.
What other services are charged separately?
Air-con servicing, cleaning, repair labour and parts, and tenancy agreement preparation and stamping. We always quote before any work starts, and only proceed with your approval.
Can I cancel? Is there a refund?
You can cancel, but membership fees already paid are non-refundable. Join by 31 December 2026 and you're covered by our 3-month guarantee: if fewer than half of your rooms are rented out (Studio / 1-bed: the whole unit), or we're slow to respond or don't get things done, you can end the partnership within the first 3 months for a full refund.
